One of my favorite go to lunches is super easy and light on the calories. You can change up the add ins or dressing to make it keto or fit your optavia plan, macros etc.


+ Bag of shredded lettuce salad
+ Ground beef - browned
+ Pickles
+ I like to brown onions in mustard for my secret ingredient
+ Light or Full Fat Thousand Island dressing
+ if you are keto or have the macros, add an avocado

Mix it all together and …. for the big finish, I take a salad chopper and chop it all up.
